In 2010, I began looking at property on North Hutchinson after a friend recommended the area and referred me to Susan Scotti. One of my dreams was to “someday” spend winters in Florida and as a result of working with Susan, I went from a casual interest to that dream becoming a reality just a month later!

Susan patiently educated me on the area, responded quickly with answers to my many questions, and when the right property came along, she never pressured me into the decision. From start to finish, she made it the smoothest real estate transaction ever.

I appreciate Susan for being a dedicated professional as well as a lovely, caring person. The old adage that people do business with people they like is certainly true in this case. Thanks, Susan, for making my Florida dream come true!

It is hard to believe we are in our 14th year here at Tiara. I often thought we would sell this & buy a house but we have made so many wonderful friends here & our fourteen grandchildren love coming at the same times each year & have grown up playing with neighbors' grandkids. I am so happy that we decided to let you show this to us instead of purchasing a unit in Ocean Harbor North Towers which you were showing at the time. I think our Guardian Angels were looking out after us!

We first met Susan Scotti in 2001, referred to us by a friend as a very reputable and honest realtor. We were intersted in buying a condo on the Beach with the desire to have a boat slip and the requirement to be able to keep our dog (most condos do not allow animals).

Susan, the "gung-ho" fantastic realtor she is, immediately found 2 condos, which met our requirements and price range and after inspecting these condos, we immediately placed a contract on one of them and the rest is history. We are happy owners of a beach/river view condo, with our own boat slip on the river side and a happy Maltese dog to live here.

When we first decided to purchase a condo on North Hutchinson Island, we worked with other realtors in the area. We had some very specific criteria, but were told that what we were seeking was financially out of our reach. We wasted a lot of time looking at properties that just didn't fit the bill.

I first met Susan Scotti when looking for a condo on the Treasure Coast. I had met many agents because I was open to different areas moving from Orlando. Susan listened to what I wanted and we made an appointment for the next weekend to look at condos. Susan first took me on a tour of the area and explained what each building had to offer. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Susan didn't try to push me or go into a price range that I couldn't afford.
